An editing program for Townscaper save files
Download TownscaperEdit.py
Save it anywhere you like:
If you're on Windows your default save location should look like C:\%user%\AppData\LocalLow\Oskar Stalberg\Townscaper with %user% being your Windows user name
But this may be different, please check before using this program.
Make sure you save before you exit the program!
