[BUG] External Monitor Not Working After System Wake from Suspend

When the system is woken from suspend, the external monitor fails to function properly. Though in Setting > Displays I can see the connected monitor but the monitor does not display any content, The switch Enable Display was on & I tried to toggle the switch. I could turn it off but couldn't turn it back on.

Now on restart the external display works in lock screen but as soon I log in it goes to sleep again
