Settings app - shows mouse resize indicators in fullscreen when it's not possible to resize #1034

Make the settings app full screen
Move mouse to any edge of the screen until it "hits" the edge
The mouse cursor will change the the resize icon
You cannot click/drag to resize

Suggestion: don't show the resize indicators resizing is not possible

Using COSMIC Epoch 1 (alpha 2) on the Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS alpha installed on the day of this ticket
