List of desired per-building properties:

• Geographic origin (lat/lng)
• Bounding box
• Elevation (via Mapzen elevation service)
• Building ID (prefixed and original)
• Who's on First ID(s) (via Point in Polygon look-up service) - elaborate on which ones we want
• Properties denormalized from Who's on First (locality name, etc.) - TBD
• Source license
• Mapzen license

There are now 2 new options on the CLI that let us add attribution and licensing information:

-a "Attribution text / license"
-l "Overall license text"

These are propagated within the model files and the individual building GeoJSON files.
