Bundle Linux and Windows builds

Right now there is only a Mac build of asslib bundled so it's tricky to get things working on a Linux server (or Windows). 15759da adds very basic support for Linux, in that it assumes asslib-utils has been installed via apt-get beforehand.

Ideally, each OS will have a pre-compiled binary ready to use within the bin/ directory of this package. I've not a huge amount of experience building static binaries on Linux so it may take me a little while. Doing the same on Mac was hard enough!
