When a trade has been approved on 1 users reference, it gets auto-checked for both.

This behavior is pesky since it's not how we process Rule 3 violations (a trade does not count for the user who omitted r3, does count for the recipient)

Changes approval behavior (does not auto check for both anymore). Post is verified IF both users are logged and user's trade is approved.
