Windows IPv6 network no longer works #26

e1ed0c4 introduced a regression which prevents Windows nodes from joining IPv6 networks:

Error: Provided network(2001:db8::1/32) is not a valid IPv4 address

It appears to originate from the underlying TUN/TAP library.
