Distillation with labelled transition systems?

I've recently finished reading this awesome paper "Distillation with Labelled Transition Systems". I'm wondering if there's an executable implementation of the paper in the public domain? The paper mentions that the LTS framework provides "a more solid theoretical foundation for distillation", and I like it for its clarity and completeness.

Unfortunately, this was implemented by Neil Jones, who has since passed away, so I don't have this. I will try and implement it and make it available over the summer if I have time.
