Wind Rose does not seem accurate on the longer time lines

Have tried for a while, will keep trying and come back if I find anything.
Here are some screen shots

Describe the bug
You can see from the line graph that the wind direction is mainly in the south between East and West but mostly between S and W which is correct. Here in the south of the UK the prevailing wind is SW but the Wind Rose seems to show that most is from the North.

3. Scroll down to Wind Rose
4. See error :)

Expected behavior
As per description above, I would expect to see most of the rose values in the SW
