Remove unused steps from the vertical progress bar

Suggestion

When choosing to show\hide screens from the app, the vertical progress bar still shows those items, e.g. if I set the AllowHubJoin option to false, the Join Hub step is still shown in the progress bar, even though the screen is skipped. Could the progress bar be made to be reactive (or editable) in the same way as the app screens?
