Can't turn on 'Provisioning Request Approval' flow (Step 7 in deployment guide) #134

Description

When I try to turn on the 'Provisioning Request Approval' flow, I get the following error:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Complete step 6
  2. Open the 'Provisioning Request Approval' flow
  3. Press on 'Turn on' and then you get the error shown in the previous screenshot. If I click on the flow, I see the following error:

Expected results

The flow should have turned on

Actual Results

I get an error shown in the previous screenshots and I don't know how to fix it.

If this was a known issue, is it fixed in version 2?
I noticed you announced version 1 is not supported anymore

@vasukapoor01 Yes it should be fixed in version 2, yes correct, v1 is no longer supported as v2 contains many enhancements and a new updated UI.
