Latest available release is 2.12.0

Steps to reproduce behavior

Search a tag that starts like 3.0.0-alpine: https://hub.docker.com/r/m365pnp/powershell/tags?name=3.0.0-alpine

or run

docker run --rm -it m365pnp/powershell
