The Windows and Web apps should have a share button that shares the current URL with any customisations (i.e. the settings dialog). We might need a smart way to do this, like a URL shortener, or a set of preference permutations as an hex coded int or similar.

If Windows has a share widget or similar like mac, that would be awesome.
