Support for connecting over a specific proxy

@plyght Doesn't seem to work, I checked with Little Snitch and it seems to still going out of the proxy.
Btw, you can test proxy with cloudflare warp (also go to settings > advanced > configure proxy > enable proxy and set a port there). It is what I use as well.
Also, it looks like the proxy support is only for http/https. Is it possible to make it work with socks5 too? As calls seem to need non-http packets. For now I'm fine with https only as I don't call people as much...
Edit: it looks like cloudflare warp only gives socks5 proxy out, not http nor https. I'll have to test with sth else...
