Space out settings for legibility

Describe the bug
The settings page on numerous tabs is quite intense to view due to multiple headers and sections. This is a problem due to settings by default in WordPress, but one you can work around by using some spacing and even a simple horizontal line.

To Reproduce
View settings.

Expected behavior
Add more definition and spacing between sections. I don't think you need to borrow today from the site health info as the new admin design is rapidly coming in, but making sure you have more legibility between sub-sections would benefit you.
