The reason is because I occasionally receive activation reset requests from customers. The process I usually do is:
I will search their email to find their order (because my website has guest order mode, so I cannot look up keys by customer) then copy the key associated with that order, and paste it into Serial Number > Serial Keys to Reset Activations.
I noticed that when I click on View Details in Items, it brings up the Edit Serial Keys panel. Here I can change the Key's Status, Activation limit, etc., but I cannot reset activation. So if I could reset activation here, that would be great.
