在SConscript中，RT-Thread使用了DefineGroup的方式定义了一个组，同时有的时候也可以通过scons来编译生成一份库。

因为group这个词本身就是一个组，或者说是一个软件组件。所以通常上会把一个libc定义成一个组件，所以对于整体mlibc来说，可以把它整体定义成一个组：

DefineGroup('mlibc', src, depend = [...

也就说，从整个工程（Project File）的角度来说，mlibc应该是一个整体，而不应该再拆的很细了。或者说合久必分，分久必合，角度不同，看到的东西应该也不同。整体对外，这份整体就叫 mlibc
