Extract a akka-http-socket-io module that can be used without Play! framework

Given that Play! is built on top of Akka-Http, it will be very useful to have the socket-io support available also for play Akka-Http projects and then layer the Play-socket-io on top. Not sure if there is any technical difficulty in doing so.

Hey @mushtaq, it is definitely possible, but not something we plan to do at the foresee future. Are you interested in working on it?

Not right away, but maybe in future if our project decides to use socket.io.
