Bump Zephyr for the Atmel platform #235

I've recently started developing with Zephyr and noticed that on STM32 platform, the latest Zephyr framework version is framework-zephyr @ 2.30700.0 (3.7.0) but on the Atmel SAM (I use a SAMD21), it's [email protected] (2.7.1).

What is needed to bump Zephyr to 3.7 for this platform?
