Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Pager focus style has a thin outer border and a thicker inner border. These should be the same thickness.

Active styling does not follow the scheme established by links. Currently it's a colour change, but should invert like typical links.

There may also be an issue on Safari with focus style on the pager. Investigate this as part of this solution.
