Keep memory of hightlights in a web page

Hi, I see in latest version I could highlight text in web pages and keep memory of text hightlighted in separate window. This is a interesting feature: I think could be a first step to have "annotated web pages" with digital notes and handwritten signs in web pages. I know it is like a dream because there is not a standard for this and it is very hard handle handwritten notes in "liquid" text.

Anyway: a more simple request/idea: keep memory of highlighted texts when the user comes back in a web page where he highlighted texts in past. Actually I can highlight texts but they disappear from the page when I close the page.
