Link failing for "Interlude Registers" in section 1 "if"

The "Interlude Registers" link displays a 404 Page Not Found error when clicked. I believe it should be linking to Chapter 4a. The link in question can be found in the if in C and C++ section.

If desired, I can put a PR together to update the link.
