Most ftruncate tests actually test truncate by mistake #75

Most of the files in tests/ftruncate/ actually test truncate, not ftruncate. They appear to have been copied exactly from tests/truncate/ . The only exceptions are 00.t and 13.t. This error predates the git conversion.
