Default mode does not work

When I run the script with no options or the -t 0 option I get a lot of question marks in line generation form.

Try changing the path at the top of the file /bin/bash to a newer version of bash. Essentially, edit the file, run it & and if works then do make install again to copy it to a standard install directory.
