any change of this becoming a npm package?
The pi5 doesn't really like us to pip anymore.

It would be nice to make it an apt package which would solve this, but I'm... not great... at packaging. Perhaps I could convince @waveform80 to take pity on me 😆

npm would require it to be a nodejs project which certainly isn't outside the realm of possibility, but probably not something I could find the time or inclination to pull off myself.

The deb files in those GitHub actions runs should, in theory, work if you want to try them.

Next step- getting them signed and uploaded... somewhere!
