After wakeup, layouts may rarely not work until the pointer moves

I've had this happen twice; after waking from sleep, there is a rare chance that layouting doesn't work. Switching tags does nothing and spawning a program still works (it gets shown on waybar) but the layout isn't updated. When the pointer is moved, layouting becomes functional again.

Needs some investigation, maybe something to do with configs not getting correct layouting information from the compositor?
