i created EKS Cluster done with peering Telnet working, but DNS not resolved

your format seems not right, you add in default configuration, see https://docs.pingcap.com/tidb-in-kubernetes/stable/build-multi-aws-eks#configure-coredns

also can see https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/dns-custom-nameservers/#example
