Set up email templates in MailJet

• Reminder Email

  • Brief explanation of the purpose of the email
  • List of contacts with frequency and date of last contact
    • each has a link which will bring them to the site, and scroll that friend onto the screen and highlight it briefly
  • Link back to the site to allow them to adjust preferences
    • link is a token which logs them in, if they weren't already
  • Special message if no reminders were due that week
  • Encouragement to share the service by forwarding the email. Friends signing up using the included link will earn you both a free month of "premium" service

• Failed Payment Email

  • warn the user about the problem
  • give them a link to where they can adjust their settings
  • warn them we'll try again tomorrow
  • and warn them when their account will be down-graded if the problem isn't resolved

• Successful Payment Email

  • specify billing start and end dates
  • specify top-line amount due
  • specify any comp'd amount
  • specify amount actually charged
