Submitted a PR to change instances of THEME_CONTACT_EMAIL to CONTACT_EMAIL in pinax-templates. Even though THEME_CONTACT_EMAIL is specific to pinax-theme-bootstrap, pinax-theme-bootstrap does have a reference to CONTACT_EMAIL. https://github.com/pinax/pinax-theme-bootstrap/blob/master/pinax_theme_bootstrap/conf.py#L9
