Creating this issue as a place to identify templates that are missing incomplete, or need to be moved. See also: pinax-theme-bootstrap issue #138 and pinax issue #86

Templates missing, incomplete, or need to be moved

• pinax-badges (missing) (see issue #7)
• pinax-comments (there are some in pinax-comments tests (here)) (see issue #26)
• pinax-forums (templates exist in pinax-project-forums repo (here) because no starter project branch exists)
• pinax-points (move never completed: see pinax-templates PR #12 and pinax-points PR #16; if templates are added to pinax-templates, MANIFEST.in needs to be updated) (see issue #15)
• pinax-ratings (missing; if templates are added to pinax-templates, MANIFEST.in needs to be updated) (see issue #49)
• pinax-referrals (there is one template in pinax-referrals (here)) (see issue #47)
• pinax-submissions (missing) (see issue #7)
• pinax-webanalytics (move never completed: see pinax-templates branch and pinax-webanalytics branch; if templates are added to pinax-templates, MANIFEST.in needs to be updated)
• pinax-wiki and pinax-teams (there are some in wiki starter project (here) and team-wiki starter project (here) and pinax-teams tests (here)) (see issue #10)
