Is it possible to support team subscriptions, and manage team subscription per organization? so each organization manager can create a subscription for each team member and pay for that.

To me this appears to be more generally a question about best-practice in managing multi-user subscriptions, than necessarily related to pinax-stripe.
Commonly, one user - the billing user - has the subscription. Users from his organisation would be invited and linked via one-to-many relationships to the billing user. A billing transfer would mean, all related users are updated to point to the new billing user.
It appears that even Google AdWords handles it this way (without having deeper insight into the source code itself).
