The test URL worked normally.
The issue is intermittent. When I posteds about the issue, it had been
happening a lot when using PopClip. It might not be related to the URL
used, it may be something internal to Startpage when using a VPN.
I use a reputable VPN service (IVPN.net) but that doesn't mean that
every user is reputable. . .

When using a VPN (IVPN.net in this case) I am redirected to a webpage that blocks access:
https://www.startpage.com/sp/captcha-block#?bc=US&bi=M247+Ltd&be=afaa122915418bd2fbf772edf0da8a97&bds_t=1661125257T16c25484c697d6bea4eb9f3a4b0f5e394a0cabfa85fb787303b423f09c01e48c&query=Instantly&cat=web&language=english&lui=english&t=&cmd=gen_page
The issue does not occur when using https://www.startpage.com or a custom Startpage URL with personal preference presets.
