[Feature]: Horizontal scroll for chip cards

• I did a search to see if there is a similar issue or if a pull request is open.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I use chip cards to navigate through dashboards and show information. Especially on small screens not enough chips fit in one row which destroys the good look of a dashboard.

Implement horizontal scroll especially for chip cards so more fit in one row.

If it is not clear what I meant, Apple uses the same for their chip cards and for their scene cards.
