This repo was created after existing github automations were already implemented. Do a scan of what is used across Physiopy repos and bring into this repo README in order to describe the full list that is being used across the organisation

Hmm, am I replicating this repo too much: https://github.com/physiopy/physiopy-repository-template?
They are different in scope, but could be combined once this one is finished, maybe.
