Follow-up from:

• Release 0.10.0 #147

This needs to be handled:

• TableSlice::print_tty() should not panic on I/O errors #140
• printstd() does not lock stdout #117

If luck maybe these:

• Switch from 'term' crate to 'termcolor' crate #119
• Make Color optional #150
• Add markdown table formatting #118

Keen to move color to as feature that includes termcolor optionally.

Anything else ? Keen to get 1.0.0 out too at some stage.

If someone has time to work on PR's that would be most apperciated - e.g. for termcolor / fixing panics
