According to the code in elements/namespace.xsl in

links should appear in the sidebar for functions, classes, interfaces and constants, if available in the namespace. However, they are missing

@namespace

Added variable fqnn and changed [@namespace=$parent_name] into [@namespace=$fqnn] in template match="namespace" mode="sidebar-nav". This way the links for classes, interfaces and constants will show up in the sidebar.
