We currently use AWS to send emails, but we have an abair email service which we can use for basically free. We should switch to using mailcow instead.

Perhaps keep the AWS code handy in case we need to switch back in a hurry.

@NeasaNi, this is my first port of call atm, unless you urgently want me to do the Bat Mírialta stuff.

I'm conscious that the AWS service we're using could become unavailable at any moment, so I want to check this off quickly.
