Implement Run or Raise like wmaker

Actually the dock is a launcher. Could it be possible to make it like wmaker?
On widowmaker, if there are instances already open, it raises all of them.

Here an example for labwc with wlrctl.

Yes, this is certainly possible to implement -- the dock is supposed to keep track of launched instances, and it's possible to write it such it keeps track of corresponding XDG application IDs.

This is a good feature request to keep in the backlog. On the current state of roadmap, other features should come first, though (support for XWayland, config file, ...).
