release_artist missing data for tracks column, not being parsed from the datadumps

The tracks column is required for release artists with roles (i.e performers) because although the role is added at release level it isnt necessarily to be applied to all tracks for the release, if the tracks column has a value it defines what tracks the roles would be applied to, example value "1-4, 7-9" means apply this artist and role to tracks 1-4 and 7-9
