C# exports gz, neither of which are compatible with mysql importer #136

Would it be a good idea to clean up the language of the experimental c# exporter so that people aren't misled into believing that, after a number of hours, they'll be able to import the files to mysql without first spending additional hours converting them to bz2?

Happy to submit a pull request. In the mean time I hope people see this.

Closing. Too many issues to address at this time. Don't use the experimental exporter.
