Simulation can describe the incorrect photon emitted from a molecule #407

@terracoda found a case where the incorrect photon type can be described as emitting from a molecule. In addition, that incorrect description can get stuck and never clear.

  • Make carbon monoxie absorb an infrared photons.
  • Switch to visible light while a photon is absorbed.
  • When the photon emits, it will be described as "visible photon", even though it was an infrared photon that was absorbed.

This does not happen in the published version so it is a new regression.
