Move translated strings from molecules-and-light to greenhouse-effect

From phetsims/greenhouse-effect#19, code and strings being moved from molecules-and-light to greenhouse-effect. When this sim is republished (after Greenhouse Effect is published ), translatable strings should be moved over to that repository so translators don't have to start over for this sim.

I want to reiterate that it is very important that this be done before the next publication of this sim from master, but not very long before, because otherwise any translations that are submitted after the strings have been moved but before the republication will be lost. And, if the strings aren't moved prior to republication from master, all of the translations will be broken.
