Republish this sim suite!

There are a few bugs occurring in CCK that are too complicated to maintenance release, but likely serious enough to warrant republishing the sims.

There is a focus trap when tabbing from the browser URL bar into the sim (applies to all sims in the suite):
phetsims/circuit-construction-kit-dc#209

The yellow focus won't go away on the lab screen of CCK DC (not any other sim in the suite).

CCK AC doesn't support the delete key since the deploy on 5/23/23

@jessegreenberg and @samreid and I think the best course of action would be to republish all sims in the suite, but it is up to managers about how to proceed.

Noting for clarity this is from anywhere outside the sim, so if the sim is in an iframe (like Studio), then focus is lost for the whole page
