Tables don't expand in firefox

Problem Description
For phetsims/qa#1170
When adding columns to the table in firefox, it stays small instead of automatically expanding as it seems to do in chrome.

I believe this is probably a CODAP bug, and we have no control over this. I'm going to label it as priority:deferred, and let @matthew-blackman communicate it to Bill when he is back.

Just noting that the table doesn't expand with mac + safari/chrome/firefox
