Problem with preview images

I realized that the preview images are displayed weirdly, they get cut off.
Does anyone know whether we can make the default such that we can use the standard hex images so they don't get cut off?
Alternatively, what we have done so far, is just to add white space around the hex.
The result is inconsistent sizes for the previews.
If we can use the default images, then we can also directly use the hexagons from insightsengineering/hex
