I propose adding more information about PARCAT1 in the BDS user guide (section PARAMCD, PARAM, PARCAT1) to make sure that users are aware that each parameter is mapped to only one PARCAT1 variable. Per ADaM IG 1.3, "PARAM to PARCATy is a many-to-one mapping; any given PARAM may be associated with at most one level of PARCATy"
