MacOS Catalina can't install Phalcon with brew tap

Here is the execution code :
brew tap phalcon/extension https://github.com/phalcon/homebrew-tap

But the terminal says :

What is wrong? I have done all the requirements but I get that error when executing brew tap before installing Phalcon
Can someone help me?
