Optosketch tasks to do
======================
Have a look at the BSP Tree algorithm for deciding between inside or
outside strokes.
Building and testing base objects (Qt frontend and backend):
- adding baseline
- adding lens, a vertical ligne and 2 corners
- adding rays
* distance calculation from a point to a stroke
* context definition
An implementation has already been done by Philippe but it
needs to be tested by every developper :)
Documentation between frontend and backend needs to be written.
There should be an update problem, see GenericLine for the starting
point.
A record and undo/redo system needs to be defined. What will be the data
structures for storing the sketch? A starting point could be sqlite
but the problem is the platform portability (like big/little endian)
for array recording. Another idea could be hdf5 (or netcdf) but it
seems to be a huge dependency for Optosketch requirements. Are there
light alternatives to HDF5?
QtDesigner should be removed, the optosketch Python module should
be defined and logging should be used for debugging (too noisy
tracebacks from now).
libstroke and cellwriter should be investigated for writting for example
focal len names.
