Facets with < 1% cause no text to be appended to facet name

When the percentage for a facet is below 1%, no % text is added to the facet name on the sunburst. I would like to propose adding the text < 1% in these cases. The text 0% could be used, but might not give the right indication of the value as the value is between 0-1.
