PDM Download speed is not my current speed

First of all , I should thank you guys because of making this program .It's very good!
I don't know it's just for me or it should be like this. The download speed that PDM shows me is not true and it looks it has some animation for showing current speed. For example I'm downloading a .zip file from Iran's server and PDM shows me 400 KB but my phone speed check text is 1.0 MB and after some minutes , PDM will show you 1.0 MB speed.
I'm using ubuntu 20.04 gnome. Sorry for my bad English.

Same. Slow download speed, I tried a test run by download a video from Youtube, it capped at around 400Kb/sec, while my connection is 600Mbps (75MB/sec)
